Accessibility Statement

Last updated:
17 June 2026

Menuzi is committed to making our website and the menus we publish usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

What we aim for

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA as a target for our public website and the guest-facing menus. We are an early-stage product and have not yet completed a formal third-party conformance audit, so we describe this as a goal we are actively working towards rather than a certified conformance claim.

What we do today

  • Semantic HTML and a clear heading structure.
  • Support for alternative text on menu images.
  • Attention to colour contrast and readable typography.
  • Keyboard navigation and responsive, mobile-friendly layouts.
  • Right-to-left (Arabic) support.

Known limitations

We are still improving. Some content created by businesses (for example, images without descriptions, or custom styling choices) may affect accessibility, and we have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit. Specific issues will be listed here as they are identified.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Menuzi, please tell us at support@menuzi.com and we will do our best to help and to fix the issue. Please describe the page and the problem.

Scope and status

This statement covers the Menuzi marketing site and published menus. It will be updated as we audit more of the product and improve conformance.
